I'm not satisfied with my order, am I able to get a refund?
If you’re not happy with your purchase, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll look into sorting it out as soon as possible. We hope that all of our customers will love our products as much as we do, but if there’s a problem we’ll do our best to fix it. To be eligible for a refund or return, your order must be unused, unopened, and be sent back to us with its original packaging.
How long will it take for me to get my refund?
Once we’ve received your item, we will aim to refund your money within 3-4 working days. We cannot process your refund until we have received the item.
Can I swap my order for something different if I'm not happy with it?
If your order is still unopened and in its original packing, we are happy to swap it for you.
We ask that you email us beforehand at email@example.com with details of why you would like to swap and what you would like to swap your order for. After this, the order will need to be sent back to us at your own expense, and we will happily deliver your new order to you free of charge.
I received something different to what I ordered, what can I do about it?
If you received the wrong products, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll arrange for your order to be re-delivered and for the incorrect order to be returned to us.
How long do I have to decide if I want to return my order?
Any returns or refunds for our products must be requested within 14 days of receipt of goods.
My order arrived damaged, can I get a replacement sent to me?
We’re sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. In the event of this happening, please send us proof of damage to our email address at email@example.com. Once the damage has been confirmed, we will send you a prepaid envelope that the order can be returned in. Once we have received the original item, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
